1冊の料理本の中で、本当に作ってみたくなるレシピは今まで1つか2つあれば、十分かなと思っていましたが、この本はどれもトライしてみたくなるような物ばかりです。基本の皮の作り方は、とても丁寧に写真付で説明されているので、わかりやすかったです。また、更にどのレシピを試してみても、これがまた“おいしい！”。特に、『小龍包風焼きまん』は、食べたとき、中から肉汁がジュワーと出てお店で食べるもののようで、最高でした。材料は普通にスーパーで手に入る物ばかりで、手軽にできるのも魅力だと思いました。確かに、皮を生地から作って、中の具も手作りですから、たいへんかもしれませんが、この本を買って以来、我が家では、本当によく中華まんを作るようになりました。（最近コンビニにはお世話になっていません）寒い冬に蒸し器から上がる湯気がなんだかホッとさせてくれまると思いませんか？

発酵させるもの、させないもの、しょっぱいもの、甘いもの、蒸すもの、焼くもの、
すごくバラエティに富んだレシピが載っています。
しかも、説明が詳しい。
肉まんはほんとに美味しくて、あんも皮も専門店の味でした。
それが自宅で作れて驚きでした。
技術はそれほどいらないのですが、手間はちょこっとかかります。
でも、ちょっとそのへんの肉まんが食べられなくなる美味しさでした。
本の大きさもハンディですし、オススメの一冊です。

めっちゃおいしそうな表紙に惹かれて購入しました。
作らなくても、本を見てるだけでかなり満足します。
中華街で売ってる肉まんも、家でできるんだなと興味深く読みました。
これからの寒い季節に、絶対役立つ１冊です。
