歴史から始まり、東洋医学、西洋医学の思考を取り入れ足のみならず身体全体を捉えた考え方やまた解剖生理も充実しており、１つ１つの臓器の位置、重さ、働きを分かりやすくまとめており、プロやまたはプロを目指す方には大変役立つ１冊だと思います。著者が”リフレのバイブル”と言われるだけあり、この価格でこの厚さ、内容のものはなかなかないと思います。

リフレクソロジーを理解してもらえるように丁寧な構成です。
五十嵐康彦本としては”大図解リフレクソロジー”がプロ用書籍となっているのに比べ、この本は歴史や人体構成、痛みなどについて、丁寧な解説となっている。
基本書として、これから学ぼうとしている人たちには、大切な一冊です。
対処療法的なリフレクソロジーじゃなく、広範な意味で正しい理解に導いてくれそうです。

歴史から始まり、足のみならず身体全体を捉えて書かれているのと解剖生理についても１つ１つの臓器の形、重量、位置、働きが分かりやすく書かれているのでプロの方やプロを目指している方には大変役立つ１冊だと思います。著者が本書の中で”リフレクソロジーのバイブル”と言われているだけあります。この厚さでこの内容でこの値段は大変お得だと思います。
