観用少女という人形は人を選び、そして愛される事で輝きを増す。
何かの宣伝文句のようですが、この一見ベタな設定を見事に生かしている作品だと思います。
一話読みきりで話が進んでいくので、様々な可愛い人形たちや、それを手に入れて育てる人々が見られます。
コメディタッチであったり、恋愛ロマンスであったり、ちょっぴりホラーであったり。

とにかく色々な側面からこの作品を楽しめる事請け合いです。

この作者のマンガは、きっと正統派少女漫画で私にはとうていあわないと思っていたら...

絵柄とか背景の書き込み、女の子の可愛らしさは確かに正統派でした。
しかし、登場人物と来たら...
ははは、顔は超〜かわいいけど、性格キッツイって。最初に目にしたのはそんなプランツドールでした。

とはいえ、
お目々からウルウルと涙を流して男性のハートを直撃するような、いたいけな、お人形さんもたくさん。そして、首をかしげてニッコリ微笑えんだり、ちっちゃな手をいっぱい広げる、がんせない幼子のような彼女たちは、母性本能もくすぐります。

そんな、プランツドールに振り回される人間たちの悲喜こもごもの表情がくすくす笑いやちょっぴりの涙を誘います。

読後感はさっぱり、さわやか。
そして、とっても高価で、維持費も半端じゃないプランツドール...欲しくなりますよ（笑）

川原由美子さんの名前も、作品もこの本で始めて知りましたが、皆さんのにある通りとても素敵で、一気に魅了されてしまいます。
まるで秘密のコレクションのように売られ、飼われてゆく少女達は丁度ペットと植物の間のようで、少女の気まぐれさと愛玩としての人形性が
みごとに融合していると思います。
繊細で可愛らしい画風の調べにのせて、時に切なく甘く・・・また幻想的であったり、神秘的であったり、儚くも美しいお話ばかりで私は大好きです。宝石箱をあけるような気持ちで、この珠玉のおとぎ話に触れてみませんか。
そして綺麗な夢を見ましょう・・・
観用少女達は穢れない微笑みで、あなたを迎えてくれると思います。
それがどんなに美しいものであることか・・・
どんなに寒い日にも、心に春風が吹くようです。
