8巻最後で最高に盛り上ったところで巻跨ぎ…。
続きが気になりすぎてこの新刊をまだかまだかと待ち続け早5ヶ月…。
とうとうこの9巻が発売されました！
ここまで面白すぎる作品をネタバレするのもアレなんで少し回りくどいですがご勘弁を…。

この巻で伊良子と藤木の戦いに決着が付きますが
最大の伏線であった藤木の…もとうとう…。
そしてそこに至るまでの演出と描写が本当に神懸かっていて
決着の瞬間まで終始鳥肌が立ちっぱなし!

でも何で今回の表紙は権左なん?と何気なくページを捲っていけば…
ヤバイ…　本当にヤバイ…　虎眼流は敵に回したら本当にヤバイ…
練りの練習用の巨大な木剣を軽々と両手に持ち…

あとは買った後でｗ

運命の決闘はついに決着か、と思われたところに意外な展開が待っています。
師範でありながら、双竜の影に隠れていた・牛股。
彼が助太刀に出、それに検校側が応戦したため血と臓物の雨が降り注ぐことに……。

虎眼よりも獣じみ、藤木より猛々しく、伊良子より憤怒に満ちた牛股の剣。
日本古来の妖怪・牛鬼に譬えられるその禍々しさは、内臓も血も当たり前になった本作においても恐るべき迫力で迫ります。
さらに彼の生い立ち、原作とは異なる虎眼流跡目を継げない理由も明らかになりますが、これがまたいつも通り惨また惨。

第三者の介入により、さらに予断を許されなくなった決闘。
果たしてこの決着はどうなるか。ますます目が離せません。

この巻の主役は牛股です。
圧倒的なまでの破壊。
そして武士としての虎眼流への忠義心。
圧巻です。
