自閉症児　光君をもつお母さんを中心にすえた本作。
光君は中学生になり、制服を着て、元気にバス通学。
ですが、他の乗客とのトラブルが起きてしまいます。

お姑さんはまだ理解が足りないし、頼りにしていた自分の母親は病気で入院。

解決策を探して元気にがんばる幸子さんですが、ラストに人間くささを出してます。
お父さんイイ男だし仕事は出来るし、確かにね！心配よね！？
うちはそんな心配。。ないけどね！！ｗ

親をやっていても、まだまだ未熟な生身の人間。だからこそ自分を律していかないと、とこちらも励まされました♪

この作品を今更解説するのもなんですが、主人公の「光」君は自閉症児です。
話もまったくの空想ではなく、実話を幾つか織り込んで描かれておりますので、自分たちが如何に障害者に対して無知だったのかを痛感させられております。
例えば、第１巻を読むことで「自閉症（脳の発達障害）」と「引き篭もり」がまったく違っていることを知りました。

さて、主人公「光」君も中学生になりました。
今回の話の中で、光君は女性の髪の毛に興味を示します。思春期の始まりではありませんでしたが、親の心配はこれからも増えていくでしょう。
一方で、介護や高次脳障害に絡んだ家庭内トラブルも発生いたします。

光君も花音ちゃんも　みんな元気に成長しています。
年齢によって、色々な問題はおこるけれど
家族で協力しながら　ひとつひとつクリアしていく
東家に家族の絆を感じています。
このシリーズ、光君が成人するまで、ずっと続いて欲しいです。
