円屋氏のデビュー当初から、イラストがとても気に入り贔屓にしておりましたが、
オリジナル初連載！！　が、ようやくまとまり、とても厚みのある一冊になりました。
読み手にとっても期待は膨らみ、手にするのが楽しみでした。

庶民の生活など全く知らない王子様と、人の良いごく普通のサラリーマンが、
出会い、喧嘩しつつも　互いにどんどん惹かれていく・・・みたいなお話です。
王子様だから常識を知りません。ピントが大分ずれています。
でも、とても美形で・・・あー、もう、何でもオッケー・・・って、感じで　何をしても許せちゃいます。
そんなこんなで・・・後書きの４コマ漫画も面白かった〜。

円屋榎英さんの絵を初めて見たのは雑誌の綴じ込みピンナップでした。
あまりの綺麗さにもう感動モノで、単行本も挿絵をされた作品も全て持っています。
今回は奇しくも円屋さんに嵌まる起因となったイラストの完全オリジナル長編連載で雑誌掲載時から本当に楽しみにしていました。
主人公の片割れであるレオのゴージャスさ（もう本当に白馬に乗ってほしい！）とアンバランスな傲慢さや孤独感。それを正して包み込むような光の優しさが円屋さんの美しい絵で余す所無く描かれています。
円屋さんのファンであれば必見の一冊だと思います！

攻が某国の王子様です。
「ローマの休日」男同士バージョンとでも言いましょうか。（王子は攻ですが。）
受は旅行代理店の社員で、苦労人です。男らしくて好感の持てる性格です。
なんといいましょうか、ゴージャス過ぎて目がチカチカするような感じです。
設定もゴージャスで、話もテンポが良くて、素敵なシンデレラストーリーなのですが、・・・どうしてだろう？　何か足りないのです。
（切ないシーンもありましたよ、でもね）ときめきや、胸キュンや、切なさを、全く感じられずに、あっさり読んでしまいました。
何かが残念なんですよね・・・どうしてだろうか？
すみません。
原因もわからずに、でもなんとなく切なさや萌が伝わってこなかったので、感想は満足度★2です。攻の美しさで、プラス★1ですね。
