刑事ぶたぶた。その題名からみてもかわいい・・・。内容はごく簡単。ピンクのぶたさんぬいぐるみが刑事で（！）、その下についた新人刑事の立川くん（こちらは人間）との事件エピソード。設定も簡単な上に文章も簡単だから、本が苦手・・・って思ってる人にも絶対読める本。で、なんといっても主人公の刑事、山崎ぶたぶたがかわいすぎるっ！！鉄棒しすぎてお腹がよごれちゃうところや、コインランドリーで乾燥されちゃうところや、ぶたぶたなのにとんかつ食べちゃうところとか。（ぶたぶたはぬいぐるみなので、共食いではないんだって！）　
ほんと、かわいくって思わず読んでいてクスって笑ってしまう。
キャラクターものが好きな人にもおすすめしたい一冊デス！

本書には、第１章の銀行強盗事件の「不死身の男」以降は統一性がある。
第２章「ラバゥランドへ行って」の登場人物は、以降にも引き継がれるし、
赤ちゃん誘拐事件がすぐに解決する訳ではない。

それにしても、銀行強盗事件の解決の方法は、ぶたぶた独特だ。
それ以降の部分でも、ぬいぐるみ？としてのぶたぶたの特質が面白い。

警察署の刑事課とは、ものものしい場所だが、
こんな愛嬌のある刑事がいれば、華やかで良い。

楽しく読めて、読後感も爽やかだ。

『ぶたぶたの休日』で一遍だけ登場した刑事のぶたぶたさん。今回は
連作短編で、ぶたぶたさんが活躍するのですが、刑事って大変。

銀行に立てこもった強盗を見張る隠しカメラを設置するため、ドアの
狭い隙間に押し込まれたり。
スーパーのぬいぐるみ売り場に隠れるため、洗濯乾燥機にかけられたり。

うっ。なんてことするんだ、警察は。

そんなぶたぶたさんの相棒は新任刑事・立川英晃（ひであき）。通称
ぶたぶた係。ぶたぶたさんを隠し持ったり、抱えて走ったりする体力
勝負の、でもちょっと羨ましい係。

さらに鑑識の栗原美佳は、ぶたぶたさんのためにラジコンカーを改装し
たり（普通の車も運転できる）、着替えを作ったりする。鑑識の仕事を
しているのかは不明。

連作短編ながら、一話完結ではなく、銀行強盗、乳児の誘拐事件、それ
に絡み小学生による誘拐のタレコミ、迷い犬の飼い主探し、ぬいぐるみ
への針混入事件と連鎖的な事件が続きます。
