私は医療関係の人間ですが、現在の医療に大きな疑問を感じながら仕事をしていました。この本を読んで、私が医療現場で感じていたことがそのまま書いてあったので自分と同じように感じている人がいることに安心しました。今の医療が国の財政を圧迫し、ゆくゆくは我々の増税につながるような方法しか採れないのは残念です。多くの種類の薬をたくさん処方しそれで患者さんを治しているような自己満足に陥っているヤブさんが多いのも確かです。また、薬をたくさんおねだりしてまるでスーパーで買い物をしたようにお薬を持って帰られる患者さんも結構居ます。結果として、症状が良くなる患者さんは希に近い状態です。これはおかしいし、世の中のためにならないとつくづく感じていた次第です。結局、病気を治すのは自分の気持ちなのです。自分の心がけなのです。他力本願では病気は治らない。こう感じさせてくれる本だと思います。本に書かれているような考え方が広まればもっとみんなが幸せになるのにと思いながら、金儲けが絡む以上未だあと少しは今の医療が続くのではと思っています。

素晴らしい本です。
薬による対症療法中心の現代の医学は、人間が本来持っている
免疫などの自然治癒力を妨げることにしかならず、決して病気を
治す事にはならない。体を温め、交感神経と副交感神経のバラン
スを取りながら体の免疫力、抵抗力を高め、人間が「自分が本来
持っている力」で治ることに協力することこそ、医者に本当に求
められるものであると説く。
また、現代の世情の問題点、今後の世の中のあり方など含蓄に富
んだ提言がたくさん披瀝されており、自分自身のこれからの生き
方の指針にもなった。
現代の医療に疑問を持つ方、是非一読下さい。

　本書で船井氏と安保氏が本当の健康を実現するための心得を説明しています。いかに西洋医学が私たちの生活を蝕んできたかを分かりやすく説いています。
　本書を読めば、薬を使う人は減っていくと思いますし、そして健康を崩してしまった方は取り返していくことが出来ると確信します。
　しかしながら、その前に頭の中を入れ替えることが必要にもなると思われます。頭が柔軟な人とカチカチの人との違いがこれから先の人生を決めていくように思いました。
