読んでるうちに、中から美しくなっていくような気持ちになれました。人にバンバンぶつかったり、足音をドタドタさせるのは、おばさん化した証拠。老化は、獲物？を追いかけなくなって、守りに入ったときから始まる、等今の私に思い当たることばかり。心の老化が体をさびさせているのですね。さらに、「体が気持ちいいこと以上の幸せはない」との著者のお言葉通り、体をピチピチさせる、手軽で具体的な方法が提示されてます。心と体、両方からうるおうヒントが満載です。読んで得した気分になれました。

この本の読者って３０代なのかなと思いつつ、
装丁に惹かれて買ってしまいました。
読んでみて、びっくりです。２０代の私にも、思いあたる話だらけ。
そうかあ、私っておばさんだったのね！？
水場がきたなくても平気になってるし、歩く時にヒールの音はする・・・愕然としました。
早速、本の中にあった「さびないからだのためのレシピ」を実践。

あせりまくりの毎日です。
でも、この年齢でこういう本に出会えたのはとても幸せ。
なんだかんだ言っても、目標としたいのは、黒木瞳さんのようなエイジレスな女性ですもの。
その秘密を知ることができて、大満足です。

たしかに、寺門氏の本は面白い。しかし、これだけ多作かつWebも公開しているのに、整体院の住所・電話等は秘密（つまり一見さんお断り）。有名人・芸能人相手のカリスマ高級整体院を目指しているのだろう。当然ながら、本書を立ち読みで済ませたことは言うまでもない。
