1960年、東京生まれ。成蹊大学経済学部卒業、広告制作会社を転々とした後フリーランスのコピーライターに。97年9月、「池袋ウエストゲートパーク」で第36回オール読物推理小説新人賞を受賞。生き生きとした語り口と現在を映しだすエッジの鋭さが高い評価を受けた。受賞作に続篇3篇を加えた『池袋ウエストゲートパーク』でデビュー。03年7月、『4 TEEN』で第129回直木賞を受賞(本データはこの書籍が刊行された当時に掲載されていたものです)

本作もさすが、と思わせるストーリ展開で十分期待通りであるが、もう十分な気がした。本シリーズは「少年計数機」が秀逸。作者はもっと違うフィールドでどんどん勝負して欲しい。それだけの実力を十分持っているのだから。

ちょっとIWGPもこの辺が限界かなって失礼ながら思いました。
マコトが性格良過ぎるせいか、オチが読めすぎます。
あと、はっきり言ってタカシ出過ぎです。
