5.0 out of 5 stars マコトに会いに池袋に行きたいな, 2003/8/10
最初の1ページからぐいぐいと物語の中に引き込まれてしまった。生き生き生きと躍動感を感じさせる文章。ちょっとクールだけど友達想いのマコトが主人公の短編集です。読み進むうちに池袋の街で暮らす少年達の息づかいまで感じられそう。事件が起こってマコトが解決する謎解きも面白いけれど、登場人物の性格付けがとても魅力的。特に主人公が格好いい。母と二人で池袋の駅前で果物屋さんをやってるんだけど、頭の回転が速くて頼りになるやつ。最初の事件でクラシック好きになったので、事件ごとに、マコトが何のクラシックを聴くかを読むのも、楽しみの一つです、私も思わずラヴェルの「亡き王女のためのパヴァーヌ」買ってしまいました。本を通してクラシックを聴くって言うのも素敵です。

高校生の息子に薦められて読みましたが、あっという間に３冊読んでしまうほど、登場人物が魅力的でした。特に主人公の「真島誠」には、本の中の何人もがそうであったように、大いに引き付けられました。池袋に行った事がない人も？中年の人も楽しめます。

こう言ったポップな語り口の小説を初めて読みました。
独特な語り口で軽快に進んで行くストーリ、１話を読みきるまでは
目が離せなくなります。

でも、ドラマを見てから原作を読もうって人には、ドラマの出演者の
インパクトが強すぎて、ギャップがあるかもしれないです。
