　企業危機管理の実務家が書き下ろした入門書としては最適な良書。
　使えない入門書が多い中で、比較的まともに纏まっている。
　企業実務家で危機管理全般について知りたい方にはまず読んで貰いたいと思います。

企業を含めて危機管理はとても重要な事にも関わらず
重要視されていないと思います。
危機に対応するには教育も必要であり、教育もレベルに
あわせて必要であると言う著者の説明はもっともな事です。
ローマ帝国が傭兵に警護を行わせて滅んだと言うのは
企業が危機管理を外部委託をした場合の末路を暗示して
いると感じた次第です。
マニュアルに出来ない危機管理には基本になる考え方が
一番重要と感じる書籍です。

　あなたの会社の広報担当部署は「攻める広報」か、「守る広報」か。そう聞かれても、ピンとこない人が多いだろう。本来、企業の危機管理を担う部署は、そんなに目立たないものだ。しかし、大企業の広報トップを務めた筆者は、「広報」「総務」が企業の生命線の一つを握っていることをこの本で明示している。

　筆者は「危機管理にマニュアルなし」と言い切る。しかし、記載された豊富な実例や考え方は、きっとマニュアル以上に役に立つと思う。
　三菱自動車、雪印、日本ハム…。企業の不祥事が連日の新聞、テレビをにぎわせている。「明日は我が身」と考える企業実務を担う皆さんに、ぜひお勧めしたい。
