1974年三重県生まれ。イラストレーター。中学・高校時代は硬式テニス部に所属し、毎日ラケットを振りつつも、家ではこっそり漫画を描いて投稿する青春を送る。1998年、フリーイラストレーターを目指して単身上京。2003年、『150cmライフ。』でイラストエッセイデビュー(本データはこの書籍が刊行された当時に掲載されていたものです)

5.0 out of 5 stars かわいらしい絵ですが、内容はパワフル, 2009/4/11
一巻に続き、浮き草な日々を描いたコミックエッセイ。この巻で完結です。

上京してきたときには二十代前半の女の子だった著者も、
コミックエッセイでデビューしたときにはもう三十が目前に迫っていたようです。
朝と夜のバイトを掛け持ちして、それでも貧乏暮らしで、
肝心のイラストレーターへの道はなかなか開けないまま……。
そんな日々が、何年も続いていたようで、
ほのぼのとした画風で描かれているけれど、
実はとても大変な毎日が続いていたんじゃないのかな、と想像します。
個展を開くチャンスがやってきて、
「人生でがんばらなきゃいけないときがあるとすればそれは今！？」
と寝る暇を惜しんで作品を描く著者の姿に、少しじーんとしました。
一巻が気に入れば、絶対にこの巻も面白いです。オススメです。

たかぎさんの絵はほっとして癒されますね。
かわいいイラスト、等身大で飾らない感じが身近に感じさせてくれます。
環境は違えど、共感できる部分んがたくさんあって
感情移入しながら読んじゃいました。
１を呼んだ方は、ぜひ！続きを呼んでみてください。
おもしろかったですよ〜。
