　まず電車好きの息子が表紙に釘付けになり、私も可愛いトラムに惹かれて迷わずレジに持ってゆきました。家に帰ってから「星の王子さま」ではなくて「玉子さま」だったことに気付き、苦笑（笑）。
　森氏の著作はいくつか読んでいますが、自らお描きになった絵本は初めてということで、まずはその可愛らしい絵柄を堪能しました。「たまこさん」が愛犬と一緒にロケットでめぐる、様々な星模様…というのがストーリィなのですが、どれもそれぞれに奇妙奇天烈な星ばかり。巻末の御本人による解説によれば、この本は２読目は逆さにして読み、以後あっちへこっちへと角度を変えながら、イラストの虚実を楽しむ趣向になっているそうです。ふぅ、たいへん！？
　理系なお説教臭くないかと聞かれたら、まったくそんなんじゃないとは言い切れません。でも、何より媚びのない絵柄が「素直な疑問符」のように無邪気に問いかけてくるので、こちらも無邪気に不思議な星たちのからくりを考えさせられてしまいます。そのうちに、無性にどの星もいとおしくなってきてしまいます。
　いちばん「孤独」を感じたのは、車庫から出たらずっと走っていなくちゃならない電車でしょうか。本人は頑張って直進？しているつもりでも、星の外から見たらちょっと悲しい。私にできるなら、もう一本引き込み線を敷いてあげたいな（笑）。

本屋さんでふと目にとまり読んでみると
『星の王子さま』の絵本版かと思いきやなんと星の『玉子さま』！！
それだけでも思わず顔がほころんでしまいます。

この本は絵本であって絵本であらず大人が読む絵本ですね。
その絵も可愛くてほのぼのするし、なんと回転したり横から
逆さまから見たり感じたりできる本なんです。
普通にそのまま読んでもいいし
深く考えてもいける内容になっています。

仕事が忙しかったり人間関係でイライラしてるあなた、
この絵本はそんなあたなをほのぼのと気持ちに
させてくれること間違いなしです！

~　絵もとても可愛らしく素敵でした。文章は知的で、しかし、小さな子供さんも理解でき、大人でも何かを感じることができると思います。この本の回答は自分の中にしかなく、自分の中の倫理に問題提起をしてくれる本だと思います。小説と違い、短い文章と、絵で端的に鋭く表現されていると思います。
　迷っている方がいらしたら是非読んでいただきたいです。~~一度よりも二度、三度と繰り返して読むと深い感動を得ることができると思います。~
