評価するか否かは別にして、とにかく驚いた。
それも一気に「うひゃあ！」でなく、「え？」（ちょっと読み返す）
→「ええ？」（最初の方を読み返す）→「えええ？！」（理解する）
と３段階くらいに渡って“じっくり”たまげる。
本格派ミステリーを好む人には「疑惑のホームラン」みたいな小説。
僕はそれも含めて楽しめたけどね。

あまりミステリーは読まないのですが、
これは内容は軽すぎず、でもさらっと読めてしまう本でした。
最後のどんでん返しは･･･
えぇ！！？！ってカンジで本当にだまされました。
前の方を何度も読み返しちゃいました。
でも、最後の補遺は必要ない気がします。
言い訳がましいというか、
作者には補遺がいらない程度に文章の中で
読者が理解できるようがんばってほしかった。

作品全体をとおして読者の勘違いを誘っておいて、最後に大どんでん返し。
うーん確かにだまされはするけど、｢やられたあ！｣という爽快な驚きがなくて、ただただ拍子抜けしました。
私も後の注釈が言い訳に聞こえてしょうがなかったです。
あと、ニヒルぶった主人公の発言のはしばしがこっ恥ずかしかった。

個人的にはいまいちでしたが、このどんでん返しは好き嫌いがあると思うのでしょうがないですかね。
