この小説に描かれる主人公は、何かに酔って生きることを拒否しているように見えます。　かといってクールに澄ましてもいないし、ニヒリズムに陥ってもいない・・・・・。　ただただシラフで日常を送っているのです。
「クール」や「ニヒル」の衣をまとわずにシラフで生きることは、酔うことにちゃんと絶望しきっていないと出来ません。

何かに酔って生きることに違和感や居心地の悪さを感じる方。良かったら読んでみてください。

第１２８回芥川賞受賞おめでとうございます。

「裸」は最初、カタカナがよく出てきて、目がちょっと疲れるな~と、思いました。読んでいくうちに爽快感はないけど、女の情などおもしろく書かれていると思います。私は「ゆううつな苺」がよかったと思います。主人公に同調して切なくなりました。私はミステリー小説が好きだったので、ある意味新鮮でした。次回作も期待しています。
