著者の作品は、ほとんど全作5つ星なんですが
その中でも本作品がNo.1じゃないかと。
元原研職員だけあって、核関係のミステリ（スピカ等）
をかかせたら右に出る人はいないんじゃないだろうか？
私は気に入った作品にあたると、その著者の本は全部読みたくなるが、
この著者の本にはハズレが無い。
そして、その中でイチ押しがこの作品。
ラストが感動、ハッピーエンドなのだろうか？
多少、真保裕一の“ホワイトアウト”とかぶる点もあるが、
こちらの作品の方が数段上だと思う。
ホワイトアウトが好きな人は絶対気に入ると思うので見てみて下さい。
それと、著者の他作品のレビュアーも書いてますが
著者の作品は映画向きだと思います。

騙されたと思って、一読あれ！

面白い！！！そして泣ける！！！

たまたま友人にもらった本であり、恥ずかしながらこの著者は知らな
かったが、友人に感謝。

読み始めは北アルプスと東京で交互に異なる進行となるので頭の切り
替えに苦労し、数十ページ読んだ段階でまた始めから読み直したが、
そこからぐいぐい引き込まれ、後は一気に読破！

その余韻に浸りながら、すぐさま引き続きもう一度読破！2回目でも
その面白さと感動は衰えず。むしろディテールが理解でき、2回目
の方が良かったくらい。船戸与一系など冒険小説が好きな人には特に
おすすめ。

　北アルプスで、謎の飛行物体の墜落を偶然目撃した報道カメラマン西崎が主人公。
　謎を追い吹雪のアルプスに入る西崎達を待ち受ける謎の集団。
物語は、雪山での苦闘が描かれる中盤あたりから徐々に助走をつけ、物語の終章へ怒濤の展開を見せてゆきます。
　感想は、ずばり面白い。ヘタをすると荒唐無稽になりそうな国際謀略ストーリーを作者の筆力で一気に読ませます。
　読んでいると、吹雪に耳や鼻をふさがれ息苦しささえ憶えました。
　国家観や平和観、家族愛などのテーマも盛り込まれ、物語の終盤は感動を呼びます。
　筆者は、読まずにおくと損する作家であると私は感じました。
