新たなる放浪編の幕開けです。
ストーリーそのものは、これまでに比べればそれなりに進展します。
個人的に好きだったあのキャラの再登場もうれしいところではあります。
新しいネクスト・ジェネレーションの出現も、
今後への期待を抱かせるものではあるのです。

が、しかし。
マリウスの色事師としての才能がどの程度か、
なんてことは、読んでいる方にはまったく興味がない話なのです。
これがその後の展開に大きな影響を与えるというなら話は別ですが、
どう考えても作者の思いつき（と趣味）で書いているとしか思えない。
読者は大河ドラマの続きを期待しているのです。
出来の悪いポルノ描写に付き合うつもりはないのです。
そんなことにページ数を費やすよりも、
「光団」や「風の騎士」の話を書くべきなのでは。

またまた風呂敷を広げたこの作品、次からどうなるのか。
まさか、「風の騎士」が忘れられた「鉄仮面の男」だったりして。

というのが一番の感想です。途中、展開の遅さにイライラしたりしましたし、多くの人が見捨てていったようですが、やっぱり読み続けていて良かった！
９０巻あたりで止めちゃった人、また再開されてみてはいかがでしょう。こうなったらもう途中でどんなにじれったい展開がまたあったとしても、最後まで付き合うしかありませんね。
何年も姿を消していた人の再登場、２世の誕生など、グインサーガでしか味わえない面白さです。

初期のグイン、イシュト、マリウスの３人で旅してたころを思い出します。
どこまでも能天気で女好きなマリウス、豹頭を気にするグインは、懐かしいですね。
しかも、ここであの清楚で可憐なフロリーが出てくるとは、萌えました。
