本の構成は前編とほぼ同じで、
人物紹介やインタビュー、対談にあらすじ紹介・戦国時代の雑学解説と充実の内容。
個人的に武田家家臣の個性溢れる面々のインタビューが多く収録されていてうれしい限り。
内野聖陽さん・市川亀治郎さん・ガクトさん三人の｢川中島｣対談は三者三様に
演じる人物を様々な視点から掘り下げ密度の濃い意見をぶつけあう読み応えのあるものでこちらも大満足。
放送開始前は相当地味な大河になるのではないかと危惧された風林火山ですが、
視聴率・満足度共に高い水準を保っているその理由の一端を垣間見たような気がします。
現場の熱気と高い士気がビシビシ伝わってくるファン必読の一冊に仕上がっていますね。
ただ、まだ本編未登場の人物も数人紹介されていますし、あらすじも最終回まですべて記載してあるので
新鮮な気持ちで本放送に臨みたい方は注意して読まれることをオススメします。

評価が高い今年の『風林火山』を楽しめるツールとして、この本を見ています。
前編には少なかった、家臣団のインタビューでは、特に飯富役の金田さんの
「今年の大河はオヤジが熱い」という言葉が印象的でした。
他にも表紙を飾る３人の対談や脚本家のインタビューも読み応え有り。
他の方も仰っている通り、あらすじはほぼ忠実に描かれているようなので
ドラマを楽しみたい方は読まない方が賢明かと思います。
