スローフードについて多少かじったことのある人が２冊目３冊目に読むのに適した本です。
なんせ本場イタリアのスローフード協会を旗揚げした張本人の本ですから、文章に勢いがあります。
多少の知識を持ってから読む方が読みやすく理解しやすいと思います。
そして読み終わったときには、まさしくバイブルと感じると思います。

スローフードに興味のある方は是非読んでおくべき１冊です。
