ＤＶＤ（映像）と文章（書籍）によるレッスン書は非常にわかりやすいです。これまでのレッスン書は活字のみが通常ですが、これだと著者のイメージがつかみにくかったのですが、映像だと非常にイメージしやすいですね。それと、書物は常にそばに置いておけるのでチョコチョコと目を通すこと（反復）ができます。画期的ですね。

ゴルフレッスンの色々な本が出版されていますが、多くの本が理想のフォームを写真や言葉で説明しており、真のスイングを身につけるための練習方法はあまり具体的でないものが多かったように思います。その点、この本は、スイングを身につけるための練習方法が４５のドリルで紹介されています。その内容も家庭で身近にあるものを利用して練習できるなど正しいスイングを身につけるために大いに役に立つと思います。また、本だけでなくそれぞれのドリルをDVDにおさめられた映像で確認できる点も大変よいと思います。

江連プロのファンです。雑誌や書籍で記事を熱心に読んでいますが、クラブを振るタイミングやスピードが、いまいち理解できませんでした。この本のＤＶＤには、実際のスイングとプロゴルファーの強烈な弾道が鮮明な映像で入っているので、イメージが明確になりました。

重力やタイミング、バランスをこの本を参考に練習します。アイアンもマッスルバックのブレードに戻すつもりです。飛距離は腕力ではないんですね。
