会社帰りの電車の中で晩の献立を考えてますが、ヒントにと料理本を開きたくても、混んだ車内では気が引けます（それに電車とか美容院とか、人前で料理の写真見るのって恥ずかしくないですか？私が太ってるから？）

その点この本は普通の小説サイズ、なのにたーくさんの献立例＆簡潔にまとまったレシピが文字だけでダーッと載っているので、持ち歩いて日々活用しています。

写真がないのでさみしいと思うかもしれませんが、空腹時の想像力にはこのくらいでないと胃液が出過ぎますし（笑）、日々の献立作りというルーティンワークにおいては詳しい手順のカラー写真なんて別にいらないんですよね。さりげなくデザートの作り方も載ってるのが嬉しい、シンプルな本です。
