今の版で内容に何も支障はありませんが、東大出版会に聞いたら、９月ごろに新版が出るそうです。

内田民法の家族法編。
判例の解釈を中心に所々で自説を展開している。

それにしても内田先生の教科書は読みやすい。
法解釈を概説するだけの本は，実際の事件でその論点が
どう問題になるのか自分で考えてイメージしなければならない。
ところが，この教科書は随所に判例を題材とした設例を使い，
問題を提起し，それに解答するという体裁をとっている。
そのため，読み進めるだけで実際の事件で論点が
どう問題になるのか自然と頭に入ってくる。

家族法の分野は平成に入ってから続々と重要判例が出ているので
出版が新しいのもうれしい。

・家族法・相続法が一冊というのはウリ。２冊買わんでいい。
・事例が好きな人はオッケイ。理論が欲しい人はイマイチ。
・判例数が多い。
・大村教科書（家族法）との差は、基本民法シリーズよりは少ない。
大村先生の教科書がそんなに理論部分を突っ込んでないから（家族法だから当たり前？）。
・相続法でブランド力がある本はこれだけかも。

　相続法・家族法はメジャーな教科書が少ないので、内田先生が好き嫌いに関わらず、唯一の
定番として持っておいてはいかが？、という本。
　相続法・家族法が一冊で済むので、とりあえずかっとく、と言う本でもある。
