今までホットケーキミックスでしかホットケーキを作ったことがなかったせいなのか、ホットケーキってこんなおやつだったの！？と感激しました。
友人にも勧めてみたら、大好評。
メレンゲクリーム、メープルシロップ・・・そんなオプションつけるのがもったいないほど。
私は何もつけずにいつも食べています。
他のレシピもとっても美味しいです。
小嶋さんの本は他にもたくさん揃えてありますが、手軽さからいってこの本を開くことが一番多いです。
本格スポンジを焼くときは、さぁこれからお菓子作り！という感じですが、この本はちょっと小腹を満たそうかな〜っと思って開く本です。
ですので、本格ケーキ作りを求めている方は向いていません。
お菓子作り入門の方や、面倒くさがりな方、手軽さを求めている人には断然お勧めです！

皆さんのレビューを見てこの本を買い、ホットケーキ、ドーナツ、蒸しケーキ、米粉のサブレを作ってみました。そしてあまりの美味しさに今まで自分が作っていたレシピを捨てました。こんなにも味が違うなんて…もっと早く小嶋ルミさんの本に出会いたかったです。即、小嶋さんの他の本も三冊注文しました。

小嶋さんの本のお菓子はどれもおいしくて大好き。今回は、ホットケーキが出ているというので即購入。
他の本同様、材料はグラム単位で出ているけど、「おやつなお菓子」だけあって手軽に出来そうなものが出ていていろいろ作ってみたくなります。
プレーンホットケーキとオールドファッション・ドーナツを作ってみましたが、どちらも身近な材料でおいしく出来るので、我が家の定番になりそう。
