　漫画が大好きな私。漫画を読み続けて３０年は経けど、「地球へ…」以上の漫画には未だ出会っていません。なんというか、心の中に「地球へ…」の世界観が箱のように存在してて、いつでもその中に入っていけるのです。
　主人公の成長物語としてみても、秀逸です。
　あのラストを読んだのは中学生の時だったけど、すごいショックを受けたのを昨日のように覚えています。

連載されていたのはマンガ少年という雑誌だったと記憶しています。
今活躍されているマンガ家さんのデビュー作やら、巨匠と称される作品やらが掲載されていた中で、特に楽しく毎月の掲載を待っていた作品でした。
今読んでみても全く遜色なくむしろ輝いていると思います。
当時の感想と今の感想ではかなり違うのですが、同年代の読者の方も今度の映画化にかなり期待しています。
当時のマンガ少女の憧れは
「ソルジャーを彼氏にジェミーを弟にほしい」
今これほどの作品はなかなか出てこないんじゃないでしょうか。
恋愛オンリーエロ上等のマンガ業界に否定はしませんが、この位しっかりしたストーリーのお話しが今読みたいです。

マンガ少年・・・復刊しないかなぁ。
愛蔵版・・・もう黄ばんできていますよ、でもずっと持って居るんだろうなぁ。
そして何時読んでも飽きない作品。

マンガ好きさんは、１度お読みになってもそんはないと思います。

ほんとうにひさしぶりに読んだ。当初の連載をうっすら覚えてきる気がするから下手をすると四半世紀ぶりにこの本を読んだことになる。こんなに深い内容の漫画だったとは思わなかった。リーダーとしての苦悩、ひとつひとつの問題解決、そして深い愛．．．改めて竹宮恵子のストーリーテラーとしての奥深さを感じる。

ちなみに、登場するキャラクターが「私を月まで連れてって！」とかぶっていると思うのは私だけだろうか？
