世間で騒がれていた、超　整理法。 本書はその続刊。
コンピュータでデータ整理をしている人間にとっては、あたりまえのことが書かれているに過ぎないかもしれない。
時間編も結構あたりまえのことが書かれているような気がする。

データベース、情報検索、システム設計をしている人間なら、電子メールは常時利用している。早い話が電子郵便である。

コンピュータを道具として使いこなしている人なら知っていることが書かれている本なので、コンピュータに振り回されている人は、ぜひ、読んでいただくとよい本である。

コンピュータばかりを使っている人には、コンピュータを使わない整理方法も試してみると新たな発見があるかもしれない。

タイムマネジメントの本はいくつもありますが、
　・ちょっとした時間を活用せよ
・じゃまされない時間を確保して集中して仕事せよ
　・時間泥棒から身を守れ
　・目的意識、目標意識を持て
　・優先順位をつけよ
　・手帳を活用せよ
というのが、ほぼ共通しており、これに「早起きせよ」とか「短眠を訓練せよ」とか
「速読せよ」、あるいは「この業務管理ソフトを活用せよ」というような
メッセージが追加されています。
私はそんな本を何冊も読んでいますが、いっこうにレベルアップしません（きっぱり！）
本書では、もっともっと本質的なレベルまで議論し、ふつうの人が実現可能なノウハウを理論的な根拠と、著者の実体験も加えて提案してくれています。何度読んでもためになる本です。
