待望の『スカイ・クロラ』シリーズ第4弾。

詩的な文面で綴られる生と死の輝かしさが、この上なく美しい。
生きることに対する虚しさや、やり切れなさといった感情は『女王の
百年密室』でも触れられているけれど、このシリーズはその傾向が
より顕著だと思う。
第5弾ですべてが完結するとき、そこに提示される答えを愉しみに、
わたしはたぶん何度もこれを読み返すだろう。
空の画像を用いた装丁も非常にクオリティが高い。
かなりお勧めの本です。

　一番奥にある「綺麗」を表現すると、この本になるのだと感じました。素晴らしいです。色々な感情を突き抜けて引き込まれます。言葉にする事が難しい何かを得る事が出来ます。多くの感情の表現を単語として置き換える事を知っているはずなのに、自分の知っている言葉では表す事が出来ないもどかしさを感じます。しかし、そのもどかしさは嫌なものでは全くなく陶酔してしまいます。
　真剣に読書をしたい人はお勧めの本です。

傷つかないようにして生きていくためにどんどん鈍くなっていく。
ぶあつい殻に包まれて自分がどんな形をしているのか分からなくなった。
摩擦がないように生きていく、周りに適応してい生きていく、
そんなことを考えているうちに自分が行きたい方向も見えなくなった。

生きるためだけに生きる。シンプルなことなのに。
瞬時の判断で飛ぶ方向を見定めるパイロットは飛ぶために飛んでいる。シンプルに。
自分のために生きている、と言いたい。誰かに言うのではなくて、
自分に対して正直にそう言えたらいい、と思った。

会いたいと思うこと、生きていてほしいと思うこと
自分がその人に影響するか否かに関わりなく
その気持ちを言葉で定義したくない
それは生きていくことと同じくらい切なくなるものだと思う。
