人生の贅沢とは選択肢が多いこと。
そのためには余裕が必要。
余裕がない人は選択肢がなく、とにかくそれをやるしかない。
でも余裕がない人に限って、やろうとしない。
それでますます余裕がなくなる。
余裕を作るためにはどうすればいいか、ノウハウをこの本で知ることができます。
あとは行動あるのみ！

自分の価値観を深く考え、それにあった仕事を見出す。
もしくは作り出す。。その仕事に携わる・・
そうできたら幸せだよね。それはわかる。
実例もわかる。

でも、それを自分でできるかどうか、は別。

そんなにうまくいかないよ。
価値より目の前の生活だよ。。
リセットされてしまうほうだよ・・こっちは・・

そういってる自分がいる。僕には合わない話だった・・

なんとなく仕事をして、毎日が過ぎていく。
そうこうしているうちに、なんか、職歴＝キャリアを重ねた
気がする。しかし、それでいいのか？

自分の存在価値を問う日がやってくる。そんなに大げさでなくても、
「なんか違うな」と思いながらも、業務を処理する日々がある。

そういう、迷えるオトナの、その迷いや、「なんか違う」感じを、
くっきりと際立たせ、自分のコアバリューとスキルを分析するツールを
提供してくれる、優れた本がこれ。

コアバリューとコアスキルがなんとなく導けたら、「私はどこにいるのか」
「私はどこへ行くのか」をビジョンし、現在日記と未来日記を描き、人生を
リセットすることも選択肢の一つ。リセットは決して悪いことじゃない。

落ち込んで、悩んで、途方にくれて、「何か人生の新しい支えがほしい」と
