想像以上に面白かったです！
そして、ためになりました。

私自身が思いもしなかったことを
気にする方がいるのだなとわかったり。
たとえば、メールの返信の際、
「Re:○○」を変更するほうが丁寧だと思ってましたが、
そうしないほうが読み手によっては
有難いこともあるのだと発見しました。

実例が多く、わかりやすいので、
あの人のメールはやっぱりこういう意味なんだと
再確認できたりして、興味深かったです。

また、男性からのケータイメールの体験談は
私も同じようなメール被害に遭ったことがあるので、
この手の過ちを犯す男性が多いんだな、と笑えました。

メールを頻繁に使用する私（30代女性）がこうですから、
私より上の世代の男性には、
プライベートでもビジネスでも
とても役立つのではないでしょうか。

メール偏差値の低い上司や同僚のデスクに
こっそり置いておきたいです。

ほとんどが知っている内容でしたが、やっぱり買って良かったです。
メールで失敗しないために最低限必要な事は、この本でマスターできます。

メールのマナーは教えてもらう機会が少なく、
知らず知らずに相手に迷惑をかけていることもあります。

毎日の仕事でメールを使っている方も、確認の為に書店で立読みをオススメします。
文例もあるので、手元に置いておきたくなるかも！

巻末の用語集は、メール初心者には嬉しいですね。

　著者は政治・経済からスポーツ・文学まで幅広いジャンルを取材するライターとのこと。
　著者がこれまでに経験した失敗談も包み隠さず明かしながら、PCおよび携帯のメールについてその好感度を上げる技術を指南しようという一冊です。

　率直に申し上げて、本書に書かれていることは至極まっとうですが、まっとうすぎてこの程度のことは普通のサラリーマンなら普段からやっていることではないかという気がします。
　改行はこまめにしたほうが読みやすいとか、開封確認はわずらわしく思われるから基本的に使わないほうが良いとか、ある程度頻繁にメールの送受信を日常生活で行っているユーザーはとうの昔に知っている事柄がほとんどだと思います。

　巻末には「これだけは知っておきたい用語集」として「チェーンメール」「スパムメール」「解凍」「差出人」「件名」といったメール関連用語の解説が付されていますが、これもごくごく初心者以外には役立つほどのことが書かれていません。

　メールのスキルが低い人、社会人１〜２年生という若い人、には有益かもしれませんが、30代以上の読者で本書が大いに役立つと感じる人はいないのではないでしょうか。
