先日TBSの｢王様のブランチ｣で紹介されてて思わず購入しました。
最近私は日本酒に凝りはじめ、同時に粋な酒飲みになりたいな、なんて思っていたのでこんな本が欲しかった！
でも、単なる｢酒のつまみ｣（＝｢珍味｣）の紹介本じゃありません！　この本の魅力は｢小説｣なのです。一つの珍味をネタに３ページくらいの超短編小説（どの話もおしゃれ！良い！）が６０個くらい。お父さんならトイレに置いて一日１つ小説を読むなんて楽しみ方ができるのでは！　おすすめです。

酒の肴である珍味にまつわる短編集。「とうふよう」「このこ」「もうかの星」など全６８編。
一つのテーマにつき２ページほどの超短編なので、かしこまって先頭から読んでいかなく
てもＯＫ。気軽にパラパラッとめくって気が向いたところをツーっと読む、といった楽しみ方
もできます。
各タイトルには著者直筆の珍味の挿絵が掲載されており、これがまた美味そう。ちょっぴり
切ない本編と酒の欲しくなる挿絵とで、珍味一つにつき二度味わえる仕掛けとなっています。
巻末にテーマとなった珍味の "お取り寄せガイド" が掲載されているのも用意周到。
左党の方は【100 % 確実に】呑みたくなります（笑）。

うまいものに対する超人的な触覚嗅覚味覚をもつ杉浦日向子さん。
この人にくっついて歩いてゆけば、日本といわず世界中の珍味に遭遇できるのではないかと思えるほど。
この本には、私が食べたことのある珍味ももちろん掲載されている。
でも、彼女が描写するほど濃密な感動はなかった。
だから、あらゆる珍味に全身で感応してしまう杉浦さんは本当にすごい人だと思う。
酒肴の取り合わせも達人の域。
