読んだあとにすごい澄んだ気持ちになりました。多分大人になってみんなが
忘れてしまったり、あんまり大事にしないような気持ちをばななさんの本を
読むとそういう事の大事さがじわっと涌き出てきます。
自分の気持ちを大事にして生きてる人の書く文に元気づけられるといいますか。
川のそばの風景。
自分の大事にしてるもの。

人をいとおしいと思える気持ち。

何度読んでも切なくなります

わたし自身も、主人公とおなじように、愛する恋人にわけも分からない内に別れを告げられて呆然と過ごしていた時期があって、そのときにこの本を読んだ。途中、別れのつらさを抱える主人公と、自分があまりにもぴったり重なり合って、泣けて泣けて先が読めないくらいになってしまった。よしもとさんは、別れの、痛いほどの悲しさと苦しさを知っているひとで、また別れの後にやってくる出会いに、まばゆいほどの希望や明るいものがあることも知っているひとなんだろう。だからこんなにもリアルに、主人公の悲しみや、すこしずつ得ていく希望の温かさを、読者に伝えることができるのだろうなと感じた。読み終わって「ああ、インスタントラーメンでも食べようかな」という元気と、ほんのりした明るさをもらった。

心が癒されるというのは、こういうことをいうのかと
とても不思議な気持ちになる作品です。
失恋、愛する人との死別、生きていくには
避けてとおれない大切な誰かとの別離。
私は、数年前、大好きだった彼に別れを告げられて
もう苦しくて仕方なかった時期があって
今こうやってなんとかふつうに生活ができてるのが
自分でも不思議に思うほど
絶望して、途方に暮れたことがあります。
お酒に溺れ、なににも気力がわかず
毎朝目覚めてはそれが現実だと受け入れることができず
どうか夢であってほしいと祈る・・・。
頭がおかしくなりそうに苦しい日々。
今も完全には立ち直れていないけど
この本を読むと
８年もの愛人生活を続けた末別れを告げられた
主人公の気持ちが身にしみてわかるのと同時に
ふるさとで不思議な出会いをとおして主人公の心が再生していく様に
少しだけ希望がもらえるあたたかい作品です。
