　Ｓ＆ＭやＶシリーズより、森氏の思考の核に近づいたと思われる作品。
　正直よくわからない。
　何回読んでも、自分の中で「大きな謎」は解決できないまま。

『何が正しいのか？何が正しくないのか？
　そして、それを考えることは正しいのか？』

　それだけ森氏の思考の中心部は、
　凡人には理解できないのであろうと思われる。

　無防備に読んでしまうと、森氏の才能に恐怖を覚える一冊。

最後の20ページまでは、一気に読み切り、「これは森先生版の『霧越邸』（綾辻行人氏のシリーズ外傑作）だ」と興奮しましたが、最後に少し失速したので星４つです。

ミステリは最後に予定調和が必要と思っている方には厳しいエンディングかもしれませんが、人生の真実は人それぞれでいいと考える方には、深い結末です。それでいてトリックは秀逸なので、自分なりに納得すれば星６つかも。とにかく読んでみて下さい。

この作品のトリックはとてもすばらしく、読み手に対してかなりの興奮を与えてくれます。それだけにもったいない。最後の終わりかたが意味不明で、なぜもっとすっきりした形で終わらせなかったのか疑問が残ります。
