ヒトは大人になるにつれて何かをなくしてしまう。
少しせつなく、でも読み終えたときにすごく温かく幸せな気持ちにさせてくれる素敵なお話です。この本は、読む人の年齢や置かれた状況によって様々なことを語り掛けてくれるように思います。高校生という微妙な時期にあった私にとってはいつまでも心に留めておきたい大切な本になりました。

この本との出会いは友人がこの本を読んで感想文が入選したからです。
そんなにおもしろいものかと友人に借りて読んでみると
「おもしろい！」大人になるにつれて忘れていく心。
私も忘れた心があった。なんだかほんのりする本でした。
それと望月通陽さんの個性的な絵が一ページおきに載っていて
ますます「おもしろい！」と思いました。

中学生の頃読みました。
主人公のアルのひたむきさに、思わず泣いてしまいました。
半ページずつ描かれている挿絵も独特な雰囲気をかもし出しているし、
文体自体やさしめなので、たくさんの人に読んでもらいたい一冊です。
