内容は、アル中や同性愛などで一見ヘヴィな感じがしますが、そんなことはなく、とても透き通った、そんな感じがしました。やっぱり江國さんの日本語は好きだなと思いました。

個性的な三人の人間模様はほんとに魅力的で、読み終わった後心がぽかぽかします。ああ、これが純愛なのかなと思えます。自信を持っておすすめします。

確かに好き嫌いが別れてしまう一冊かもしれないですね。
とりあえず、私は大好きです。ちょっと心が疲れてしまってる時なんかに読むと、ほっとします。

主人公の笑子は器用に自分を生きれなくて、世間との折り合いもうまくつけれない、そういう自分を無意識の内に自分でも持て余しちゃってる、そんな女性。
優しすぎる夫の事も、とても大切にしたいのについ憎らしくなって意地悪を言う。
そうして傷つけてしまった事に結局自分が一番傷ついてしまう。
上手に日々を暮らしたいのに、なんだかうまくいかなくて、くるしい。
笑子のせっぱつまった泣きっぷりには、いつももらい泣きしてしまいます。

映画の『めぐりあう時間たち』に出て来る女たちに少しでも共感できる方は、結構すんなり読めるのではないかと思います。
ああいう「自分でもわけのわからない感覚」（それを情緒不安定というのかな）って、もしかしたら女の人の方が強いのかもしれないですね。

問題のない人なんてたぶんいなくて、みんな多少の「ズレ」を抱えながら生きてるんだと思う。そういう自分の「ズレ」に敏感で、どうしたらいいのかわからなくなったりした事のある人には、すごくオススメ。

　風変わりな恋愛形態だけど、ごくごく普通の男女の恋愛小説を読むよりもすんなりと、「恋愛」というものを理解したような気がした。

　ホモセクシャルだけど、妻への愛情だってちゃんとある。でも、女性に対しては不器用だから、その愛情の表し方がとてもとても下手で、かえって笑子を傷つけてしまう。ああ、もう、「そうじゃない、そうじゃないんだよおおおおお」と叫びながら、睦月の首を絞めてしまいたくなる（苦笑）。
　アル中、情緒不安定でも、ホモセクシャルの夫を一生懸命受け入れていこうとする笑子。やっぱり愛情表現がうまくいかなくて、結局睦月を困らせてしまう。でも、痛いくらいに彼女の気持ちがしんしんとわかってくる。
　そんな二人を受け入れ、見守り、愛する紺。ひょうひょうとやんちゃながらも、どんなに愛し合っていても結ばれきれない睦月との関係に密かに傷つき、悩む。それでも、笑子への優しさを注ぐ彼の姿もまた痛々しい。
　３人ともとても純粋に愛し合ってる。何度読んでも飽きがこない。
