失恋して酷く落ち込んでいた時、この本を見つけました。悲しくて辛いと言う自分の気持ちは分かるけど、自分では言葉にならない、伝えようのない辛さが私の心の中にはありました。この本は、私が自分では表現できなかった気持ちをストレートに書いてくれています。あまりにも、全てがあてはまってしまい読んでいる途中でドキドキが止まりませんでした。私の言いたかった事は、これなんだって読み終わって感じました。買ってよかったと思います。

私はつい最近に失恋して、何もかもやる気を失っていました。仕事をしてもやる気が出ない、何をしてもやる気が出ない、ほんと生きた屍のような感じでした。そんな日が続いていたときふと電車のつり広告で、唯川さんの書かれた本が新刊であるということが載っていて、今の自分にぴったりだと思って読んでみました。さよならという言葉を今まで重く感じていたのですが、この本を読んで新たなことを感じました。さよならは全部が全部悲しいことではないと、もっと自分と向き合わないといけないと思いました。この本は男の私でもここまで思える、気持ちの良い本だと思います。女性の方が読めばもっと共感できるのではないかと思います。失恋で苦しんでいる方、一人で寂しいと思ってる方は元気になれる本だと思い!ます。

なんでこんなに悲しいのか…なんでこんなに辛いのか…。
そんな気持ちの整理整頓に役立つ一冊だと思います。
自分が何故今そんな気持ちになっているのか…客観的に見えてきたなら、悲しみや辛さを、乗り越える事も難しくないのかもしれません…。
