平岩 弓枝
1932(昭和7)年、東京生れ。日本女子大学文学部国文学科卒。長谷川伸、戸川幸夫に師事し、’59年「鏨師」で直木賞を受賞。以後、戯曲、舞台演出へと活躍の場を広げ、「肝っ玉かあさん」始め、多くのテレビドラマの脚本でも知られる。’79年NHK放送文化賞、’87年菊田一夫演劇賞大賞、’91(平成3)年『花影の花』で吉川英治文学賞を受賞。’98年には菊池寛賞を受賞した(本データはこの書籍が刊行された当時に掲載されていたものです)
