「100文字レシピ」が気に入って、続編のこちらも買いました。
前の本より、検索性がよいように思います。
普段のご飯もいいですが、ワインを飲む人にはぴったりのレシピがたくさん載っていると思います。
なによりこの形。朝、出かけるときに持って出て、電車の中などでメニューをみながら決めておけば、帰りにそのまま買い物に行けますね。
料理本にはなかなかついていないのですが、文庫本ならではのしおりがとても便利です。
つくりたい料理に挟んでおけば、さっと見られます。
贅沢を言えば、しおりは2本欲しかったかな。複数つくるときがあるので。

ただ、作りかたは100文字ですが、たまに、一晩寝かせる、とかの料理があるので、すぐにできる、というものばかりではないです。
でもプロセスはとても簡単。おすすめです。

いろんな料理本が出ていますが、実際作るページがなかなか少ない他の料理本に比べ、材料も作り方も簡単で、おいしいです。
手頃な本の価格で、この内容は買いです。

スペアリブも、この本のお味が一番ですし、簡単で作りやすく、でも本格的なお味。めちゃ美味しい。いつも参考にさせていただいておりますし、
本当に庶民的な？感じなのに味がおいしっくってたまりません！お弁当もこの本から（プチトマトのマリネ）作って毎日持って行ってます！
