この文豪ナビシリーズ、各々入門書として良いと思います。
太宰、芥川、三島、川端・・・共通している点はみんな自殺している作家というところも興味深い。私は好きな作家達ばかりですから満足ですが、太宰版に代表されるようにサブタイトルはみな陳腐です。「ナイフを持つまえにダザイを読め!!」って・・・編集者の人、何考えているのだろう。

確かにサブタイトルはちょっといただけないですが、
中身は太宰文学を概観するにはよくできた本だと思い
ます。

10分で読む「要約」は、本をちゃんと読みたい人は
オリジナルを読んでから読む方がいいかも・・・。

旅コラムはよかった。「津軽」の旅と「富嶽百景」
の舞台だった天下茶屋。太宰の小説を読みながら、
津軽や山梨などを旅するのも一興でしょう。

ともあれ、この本が太宰治の天才的な表現世界への
第一歩となり、太宰とともに苦しんだり悩んだりす
る世界に浸ってみてはいかがでしょうか。

このキャッチコピー、表彰もんだとわたし思います。わたし、なぜこの本を読んだか。ある人に「ダザイなんて暗くてよめない！」て私、言ってしまった訳です。ある人はニコっとわらって私に小冊子を渡し、平成の女性はダザイが暗いんなんて思われていますよ」て知り合いのダザイの研究家の方に話のネタで言っときます、なんて言うんです。開けた、小冊子、愕然。ある人とダザイ研究家の対談がはいっていた。うそ、私失礼なこといっちゃったよー！！と文豪ナビ購入。うん、分かりやすい。どっかの学者みたいに薀蓄解説しない。ダザイは時に猛毒。でもすでに心に毒を持っている人間には治療につながる。毒をもって毒を制す。みたいなかんじ。ホメオパシーともいえるような。このひと暗いはずなのになに？1ページ目。すげ-カラフル、ポップな感じ。やられた。このコピーを作った人、編集の方々、努力とダザイへの愛を感じた。
