「自転車買ってよう、買って買ってー！！」「お風呂に行きたくないよお」「朝起きるのいやだよおーー」などなど"うちの子"が一度は言いそうなセリフでごねて地団駄踏んでみせてくれる子豚のフンガくん。なのにお母さんたら涼しい顔して取り合ってくれません。そしていつもぷいっと姿が見えなくってしまうお母さんをあちこち探しているうちに、なんだか曲がっていたオヘソが元通り。そのワケがまたかわいい！

というわけでどこにでもいそうなきかんぼうフンガくん、でも気のいいフンガくんに３歳の娘はとっても共感しています。母親のわたしのツボにもはまってしまいました。 短いエピソードが４つ入っています。 作者の他の作品も探してみたくなってしまう絵本です。

この本との出合いはNHKのテレビ絵本でした。レトロな雰囲気、かわいい豚に置き換えて繰り広げられる無邪気な駄々っ子フンガ君と、そして子供のかんしゃくにも決して振り回されないマイペースなお母さんのキャラに惚れました。もう一度見たくてさっそくご購入。絵の色使いもきれいで温かみがあるし、とてもしっかりした装丁も気に入っています。それぞれの季節感あるれる日常風景で、お母さんの同情を引こうと駄々をこねるフンガ君だけど、その無邪気さも微笑ましく思えてしまいます。4歳の娘もこの本がお気に入りです。

娘の為に購入しましたが、親の私の方がハマってしまいました。私が子供の頃の生活様態で描かれた背景は、大人の心もほのぼのさせる絵本だと思います。
「フンガくんと同じ事、私にもあったなぁ…。」と懐かしい思いがしました。１つのお話が短い内容なので、飽きっぽいうちの娘も大好きなようです。
