主役のエミーリアが格好いいです。
全体的にシリアス気味なファンタジーですが、時折コメディな場面があるので硬くなりすぎず、そういう加減が絶妙です。
エミーリアがまだまだ恋愛を自覚してないので甘さは控えめですが、特に物足りなさは感じませんでした。作者は恋愛面も意識して書かれているようなので、今後５：５（恋愛：ファンタジー）くらいにはなるんじゃないかと思います。エミーリアの性格として甘あま〜にはならないと思いますが（笑）、独特の恋愛面が展開されるんじゃないかと（男性キャラ多いですし）期待しています。

そして挿絵がとても美しいです。
本の雰囲気にぴったりでした。（特にラストの挿絵が良かったです）

続編が楽しみです。
（余談ですが改題前のタイトルは…中身はてっきりコメディな話かと・笑）

この作品の最大の魅力はキャラクターです。
剣術は強いのに心は弱いエミーリアと、腹黒で計算高いのにエミーリアには弱いルキノ。
この二人の身もだえするような会話の可愛さがたまりませんっ。
やりとりの一つ一つが萌えます。
そして脇を固める個性的なキャラ達も魅力的。
会話のテンポがいいので物語は一気に読み進めることができます。
そしてクライマックスでの開放感がたまりません。
ひさびさに萌えて燃える小説に出会えました。

大陸を救った英雄（ヴィットーリア）の顔にそっくりなことをコンプレックスに感じているエミーリアが、
死魔というゾンビ（？）から街を救うというお話です。

剣は強くて、頭も良い、美人で、困った人を放ってはおけないというエミーリアには、好感が持てますし、
設定も正統派ファンタジーでかなり面白いと思うのですが、登場人物の感情の変化があまり描かれていないと感じました。

ファーストキスを奪われた幼馴染のルキノのことを嫌っていたし、恐れていたのに、いつの間にか仲良くなっているし、
ルキノも、あれだけエミーリアを戦いに巻き込みたくなかったのに、いつの間にか納得しているし。
（エミーリアの性格上、反対しても聞かないだろうし、納得するしかないだろうけど）

なにより、一番気になったことが、エミーリアが気にしているほど、周囲の人々がヴィットーリアとエミーリアとを重ねて見ていないという点。
そこの所がもう少ししっかり描かれていたら、ラストがもっと引き立つだろうになと残念に思いました。

キャラや設定がいいだけに、少々残念な作品です。
