食生活の基本を考えさせられる・・そんな一冊。

といっても、難しいことを並べているわけではなく
素朴で昔ながらの味を簡単に手作りしてみようといった
記事やレシピの数々。
カラー写真でわかりやすく文庫本ながら内容の濃さに驚きです

最近「スローフード」ってよく聞くので、気になって買いました。
簡単な料理のレシピから、味噌の造り方まで、なんだか
カラダによさそうな感じの内容。
もっと「スローフード」ってメンドクサイものだと
思っていましたが、これなら実践できそう。
特に、小さなお子さんがいる家庭にオススメです。
