確かに今回の第５巻には、感動作は掲載されていません。
ですが、ぼく駐の基本と言うべき、駐在さんとのやり取り、
駐在さんの奥さんとのやり取りがふんだんに描かれ、
ほのぼの楽しく読み進めることができました。
映画の影響でしょうか。奥さんは、麻生久美子が浮かんじゃいます。
衣替えの妄想が鮮明に伝わって、ボクも蘇る青春でした。
巨乳の和美ちゃんも出てきて、いかにもな高校生活が身近に感じられました。
『すもももももも』は、なかなかおもしろかったですよ！！
番外編『ふりむき地蔵』は、もしかしてママチャリの小学生時代？
のエピソードなんでしょうかね。
特別編ショート『夏いちりん』は、和美の視点で描かれた乙女心日記ですな。
どちらも、作者の文才を感じる、いつものぼく駐とはひと味違った作品でした。
今回もノンストップで読み進め、あっという間でした！！

今回のお話は、いつものママチャリ視点のお話にプラスして、
その他の人視点のお話が入っていて、
少し今までと作風が違っていたように感じました。
そのせいか、今までと同じようにテンションの高い感じで読んでいたので、
少し物足りない感がありました。
でも、ママチャリ視線のお話は今まで通り、期待を裏切らない感じで
おもしろかったですよー。

シリーズ5作目は、いままでの4巻と違って3つの毛色のちがう作品が混在するスタイルになっています。
うち、本来の駐在さんとの戦争は本章である『すもももももも』のみ。
書き下ろしのこの章は、1巻の雰囲気にもどった純粋なコメディで、最初から最後まで笑って終わる感じ。2〜4巻までの大爆笑＆大感動を期待して読むと、かたすかしをくらいます。

むしろ圧巻なのは、番外編の『ふりむき地蔵』で、これは逆にコメディがなく、なかなか秀逸な推理小説に仕上がっています。小学校でおきる謎解きは、そのへんの人の殺人事件小説よりよほどおもしろく、しかも感動的で、心が暖かくなります。
この番外編単独でもじゅうぶんに値段のもとはとれます。

もうひとつ、ショートとして入っている『夏いちりん』は、和美の視点で書かれている詩小説。
もどかしくなるような少女期の感情の推移は、サクサクと読め、思わず次のページをめくらざるをえなくなります。素晴らしい。

3作ともにタッチが違い、作者の文才を思い知らされますが、番外編、外伝が秀逸なだけに、本章に、4巻までの”鳥肌が立つような感動”を期待した私は★ひとつマイナス。

それでも子供から大人まで、親子3代、家族で楽しめる1冊です。
このシリーズ共通ですが、電車では読まないほうがいいです。
