　恋愛に関しては不器用極まりない私。
　所蔵している恋愛本はざっと３０冊以上。
　しかし、どれか一冊選んでといわれれば、迷わずこの一冊を選びます。
　なぜなら、恋愛を始めるのは実は簡単、しかし終了するのはその何十倍も難しい。
　そして傷を治すのはさらに難しい。
　その難しい課題に真正面から向き合った力作だからです。
　ジョン＝グレイ博士が一番書きたかった本というだけあって、恋愛以外の悲しみの乗り越え方も、博士の実体験とともに、書かれています。
　この本のおかげで、私は本当に、もう一度男性を心から愛することができました。

　日本人にはちょっと当てはまらない感覚の部分もかなりあったように思います。女性が読むより、男性が読む方が理解しやすいような、内容の半分以上は男性宛てのアドバイスです。
　基本的には、復活愛や過去の恋愛はばっさりと切り捨てて、新しい自分へ向くことにより新しい愛を掴もうという内容なので、失恋したばかりの人にはきついでしょう。
　私には向いていませんでした。
　自己改革をしたい方には薦めます。

石井希尚牧師の「この人と結婚していいの？」の参考文献
でもあり、内容はかなり重なりますが、本冊は、宗教色は
なく、あくまでも心理学者の視点として描かれているとこ
ろが興味深いです。

翻訳もスッキリした文章で、違和感なくすっと読めました。
