杉田かおるさんの自伝
子役時代からかかわってきた
芸能人が実名で出てくるので面白い。
週刊誌では、実名が伏せられているところでもきっちりのっている。
本当にいいのかな~過激と思うが、潔くて痛快です。

かかわってきた有名な芸能人も多々おり、杉田さんってすごいなー、大物だよなーってあらためて思いました。

活字が大きいので気軽にすぐ読めちゃいました。

これは、テリー伊藤による巻末の解説につけられたタイトルだが、この本の中で自分のこれまでを語っている、杉田かおるという女性のもつキャラクターをうまくとらえたフレーズだと思う。

何なのだろう。つくづく彼女は、不思議な女性だ。

オレと同学年で、名子役として鳴らした後も清純派というか純朴なイメージのまま、十代のうちにヌードになり、オレもまた、自ら進んでそれを頂戴したわけだが（買ったよ、『激写文庫』……！）、どういうわけか「堕ちた」とか「汚れた」とは感じさせない何かが、彼女にはあった。

そして時が過ぎ、こうして、とり方次第では「暴露本」ととることも十分可能な、懺悔（ざんげ）の書（？）を出し、TVのバラエティー番組では、かつてのイメージをひっくり返す「暴走系キャラ」として重宝がられていたりもするわけだが、彼女はオレに「こんな女だったなんて。裏切られた！」という思いを抱かせたことはない。それどころか、ここまで出してくれれば、いっそ気持ちがいいというもんである（心のヌードを頂戴した、という感じだろうか？）。

………ふと思う。

杉田かおるはファム・ファタールか、はたまた日本のドリュー・バリモアか？　いや、ドリューは彼女ほど、まだ突き抜けてはいない。むしろドリュー・バリモアには「アメリカの杉田かおる」をめざし、より一層の精進をしてもらいたいものだ（おいおい）。

いやー。びっくりした。面白かったんだもん。
…てそりゃ失礼か（笑）
でもやっぱり、とっかかり所謂ゲイノウジン本と思って読むもの。

各章が時系列になっていないとこが奇抜。
カテゴリー(？)系列なので、例えば「借金」のこと、「男」のこと、で何度も何度も幼児~現在を行きつ戻りつすることになるわけだ。

こういう展開方法、意図したのかどうかわからないけど、
なんか酔っ払いの逡巡みたいで、
それが文章で迫ってくるってことで、すごく新鮮だった。
