night raibow とは月の光でできる虹のこと。

夜空にかかる大きな虹の写真は本当に幻想的で
吸い込まれてしまいそうです。

ハワイでは虹が多く見られますが
それでもやはり night rainbow はなかなか見ることができないので
見ることができると幸せになれるとの言い伝えもあるそうです。

night rainbow の他にも満点の星空や夜の浜辺の写真など
たくさん載っていてどれも素敵。
ぐんぐん引き込まれていって、心が透き通っていく感じがします。

空好き、宙好き、な方にはおすすめ。
自分で購入するのはもちろん
空好きの方にプレゼントしてもよろこばれる１冊。

私もずっとずっと大切にしていきたいと思います。

この本は、もちろん、写真で、写真もすごく美しい。
でも、それと同じくらいに素晴らしいのは、文章。多分、この文章に書かれている気持ちがあるから、この写真に結びついているのだと思う。ここまで、丁寧に文章を読んだ写真集は初めてでした。文章を読んでから、写真を見ると、また違った気持ちで写真を見る事が出来ます。

写真を自分で撮る方はまた違った観点で写真集を見るのかも知れない。私は、単純に、この本を見ると、自然ってすばらしいなぁって思う。最後に、書いてある完璧な光で満たされたボウルの話は、とっても素敵です。

店頭でこの写真集を見かけたとき、表紙から伝わるオーラのようなものを感じ、迷わず手にとってしまった。装丁の美しさに驚き、写真を見てさらに驚いた。夜中に架かる虹は以前からその存在を知っていたが、そのあまりにもの神秘さに胸がドキドキしてきたのだ。ハワイの大自然、ロマンチックな虹、鯨の潮に偶然出現した虹。偶然という必然なのだろうか、夜の虹を見るものは祝福されるといわれているそうだが、カメラマンとしてこれほどの被写体に恵まれている人は少ないだろう。装丁もまた非常にセンスがよいので、カフェの本棚にぴったりの写真集である。
