これが、26歳と23歳の新婚さんの話で、学校を卒業して1〜2年で何も考えずに
寿退社→結婚、みたいなストーリーだったらとても面白く読めたと思う。しかし
33歳のヒロインがちょっと幼稚な気がする。夫の赴任先で戸惑って不安になるのも、
独身時代は仕事をがんばっていたから料理が下手なのも設定的にはわかるんだけど、
それにしても、30歳の女性だったらもっと精神的にかっちりと自分というものが
あって、それだから他人と暮らすのにいろいろ考えちゃうわけなのに、そのへんが
ずいぶんつるん、としてるなーという印象。イラストと装丁の可愛さは絶品なので
若い新婚さんにプレゼントしてみたい。

初婚の方なら良いかも…ですが、離婚歴があり再婚を考えてる身分の私としては、ずいぶんしらけてしまいました。

　新婚時代を面白おかしく綴ったよくあるエッセイなのかと、思っていました。違いました。
私は結婚して12年経ちますが、これは小説ですが、自分と重なるところがあって、ページをめくるたびにくすぐったいような切ないような気持ちになりました。
近頃読んだ小説の中では一番面白かったです。

「よしまさこ」のマンガが小説になったような感じ？
ふわっとした“仕合せ”に包まれるそんなお話です。
