他のレビュアーの方も書かれていますが、マンガであることはまず、読みやすい。読みやすい分、ということでもないのかもしれませんが、情報量は若干少なめに感じました。

しかし、生い立ちからミシュラン時代のブラジルでの苦労など、流れとして知るにはむしろもっとも適している書籍のようにも感じました。様々な経営手腕や彼独特のポリシーなどについては、個別には他の書籍の方が詳しいかと思いますが、そういった本を読み進める最初のガイドブックとしては、非常に価値のある本だと思いました。

私は日産がどれほど危険な状態だったのか、そしてその会社を立て直したカルロス・ゴーンという人物がどれほどの
偉業を行ったと称えられているのか、実はあまり詳しく知りません。ただ、コストを大きく削減し、瀕死の会社に
利益をもたらした人・・といった印象しか持っていませんでした。

しかし、この本（マンガ）を読んで、その中に潜む生身の（体温のある）人物に少しの興味と親近感が湧いてきました。
それは単なる活字で著わされた半生を読むよりも、格段に分かりやすく、易しいものだったから、という理由は
もちろんですが、「マンガ」という表現方法で半生を描かれることに対して、「それは面白そうだ」と快諾した彼の

人間性に対して、ただの仕事人間ではない、１個人の姿が感じられたからです。
内容としては、あまり深く考えすに物語半分の「マンガ」として受け入れれば、とても面白いものであるし、
それがちょっと大袈裟に書かれたものであると仮定したとしても、人間として、社会人として、参考になり、
考えさせられ、得られるものはたくさんあると思います。

何といっても読みやすい♪
