5.0 out of 5 stars 楽しみながら、会話の勉強ができる。, 2004/12/1
ドラえもんは誰もが知ってる漫画で、英語バージョンを読んでも違和感なく楽しく読めるのですが、同時に学問的に取り組むなら、英会話の教材に最適だと思います。

僕が英会話の練習法について語るのもなんですが、英語の会話力をつけようと思えば、会話の例文を１センテンスごとに覚えることは非常に非効率的だと思います。僕も前まではその方法で会話表現集などを買って会話の練習をしていたのですが、やはりいざ外国人の前でしゃべるとなると、スラスラでてこないのが事実でした。また、会話表現集はフォーマルな表現が多く、ネイティブの人に聞いてもこんな表現は絶対使わないといったものが多い一方で、ドラえもんの表現はけっこう自然なかたちだとのことでした。

僕は会話などのＣＤを使ってリスニングして声に出すことが一番いい方法だと思っているのですが、本書を使ったトレーニング方法も実に効果的だと思いました。

なぜなら、ドラえもんは漫画の中でもサザエさんと同様に日常生活を題材にしてるので、使える会話表現が多く、なんといっても絵がついているので頭に入りやすい。さらに、おもしろいということもあり、他の堅苦しい英語教材と違って退屈しないということがメリットだと思います。

どのように勉強するのかといえば、ひたすら何回も絵をみながら音読して、慣れてきたら、日本語を見ながら英語がすらすらでてきたらＯＫです。僕はこの勉強法で前よりも断然しゃべれるようになった気がします。なので、この本はぜひぜひお勧めする一冊です。ただ、一つ言うならば、ＣＤがついてないところが残念な点だと思います。

ドラえもんを楽しむというよりは英語を楽しむという感じです。
こういう時はこんな英語なんだ、という発見が数多くあり、とても勉強になります。
日本語で読むドラえもんとは違い、英語で読むと少し世界観が違う風に見えるのが不思議です。

　ドラえもんって面白いですね~。小さい時はそれほど面白いと思わなかったのですが、年をとればとるほど、だんだん面白さがわかってきました。さすが世界で最も読まれている漫画ですね(^-^)
　　この本は英語でかかれているのですが、コマの外に原文が書いてるので比べながら読むととてもわかりやすいです。
最近結構洋書を、読めもしないのに(^_^；)頑張って読んでいたのですが、やはり文字だけだとそれがどんな場面なのかわかりにくいし、記憶に残りにくかったです。
　
　その点、洋書の漫画だと、英語と、その英語が使われているシチュエーションがはっきりとわかるので、「あっ、こういうときはこう言うんだ」ってわかってとてもためになりました。
　ドラえもんは日常生活に近いのがあるので、気軽に読めて本当に面白いです。なんか、「もしかして話せてしまうかも」と言う気にさせてくれます（言い過ぎかな？(^_^；)）。洋書づくめの方、気分転換にいかがでしょう？
　評価は、やはり英訳の限界でちょっとニュアンスが微妙に違うと思ったのが-１つ。純粋にドラえもんを楽しむならちょっと高いので日本の漫画をお薦めで-１つ。でもやっぱり面白いしためになるので＋１つ。で、星４つ！
