タイトルの通りすべてを何度でも読むことが出来ます。しかもボックスもかなりしっかり出来ているので本が傷まない。天は赤い河のほとりのファンならばらばらに買うよりこれが良いでしょう。

大人になってから、ふとしたことがきっかけでこの作品を知りました。
15歳でそんな境遇に置かれるってとっても辛かったろうなあと思うのと同時に、
彼女をとりまく男たちのかっこよさに憧れました。
日本に帰ることよりも今の恋を選んだ彼女の強さにも憧れました。
そして更に、この「世界」に興味を持ち始めました。
ハットゥサやミタンニなどのかつての地名やその歴史、当時の服装や文化、習慣など・・・
調べれば調べるほどこの作品に入り込めます。
ただ漫画を読むだけでは終われません（笑

篠原ちえ先生の作品は、赤い河のほとりの他に「パープルアイ」や「蒼の封印」を読んだけど、とにかくこの人の描く漫画は面白い。
ストーリーが必ずしもハッピーエンドになるとは限らないし、予想外の展開になったりするからどんどん読み進めたくなる。
今回の赤い河を初めて読んだのは学生時代なんだけど、歴史の授業でハットゥサやミタンニ王国など、漫画に出てくる地名が出てくるので、その部分だけはちゃんと授業を聞いてました。
