あまりにも意外な宗さんの出自で驚かせた4巻。刺客を見据えながらも戦いを拒否する本巻では静かです。しかし、お江戸が騒々しい。因縁の宿敵・木久地が再び物語りに戻ってきます

お縄をいただき獄中にある木久地を解き放つために張られた複線から、木久地の出自、おそらくは次巻のための複線があちこちに見受けられます。でもまだ読者がそれに触れることはできません

僅か数ページ、宗さんが木刀を手にして魔物となるシーンもやはり複線のようですが、最早、信濃のお山には帰れない宗さんの運命や如何に？「待つべし、待つべし」

僕もこの漫画好きですね。
幻想的な江戸を感じ、人物や背景など書き込みが少ないにもかかわらず、場の雰囲気が十分伝わります。
また瀬能と木久地の対決が近いみたいですね。しかし、どちらが強いかを楽しむ漫画ではないと思うし、静かな日常も魅力的なので、長く続いてほしいです。
最近、写実的な描写の漫画が多い中、珍しく画期的な絵の漫画だと思います。
